Question about HP Pavilion dv9000z Notebook
I bought my HP Pavillion dv9000 in Januray 2007. Worked fine for a little less than a year. Then one day it just stopped working. Wouldn't turn on. Only light that would illuminate was by the AC plug. Called HP and they had me do all kind of things and then finally they determined that my motherboard was not working. I sent it in for repair and it was under warranty. Got it back and it worked fine for 3 months then broke again. They wanted me to pay for this repair, but I refused and they finally paid for it. The motherboard has died again. So I have to send it back and have everything replaced again. This is SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE I wish they would just give me another computer entirely! Or refund my money. I seriously cannot have a laptop that DIES every few months! This is so ridiculous. Besides joining the class action lawsuit, is there anything else I can do? I am beyond frustrated.
