THE GE WASHERS HAVE A PUMP FILTER BEHIND THE LOWEST PANEL ON THE FRONT. ON THE FRONT OF THE MACHINE AT THE VERY BOTTOM, REMOVE THE THREE SCREWS TO REMOVE THE BOTTOM PANEL AND YOU WILL SEE THE ROUND PUMP FILTER HOUSING. IF ON A PEDESTAL, PLACE A BUCKET IN THE DRAWER AS WATER WILL COME OUT WHEN YOU UNSCREW THE FILTER. IF ON THE FLOOR, TILT MACHINE BACK A WAYS TO GET THE WATER INTO THE BACK OF THE TUB, NOT TOO FAR OR IT WILL COME OUT OF THE REAR VENTS. REMOVE FILTER AND CLEAN OUT. THIS IS THE PROBLEM MANY TIMES.

Would drain and checked the drain, not much in there, any other ideas. i get ot 19min on the timer and the washer shuts down. it will not spin.

This is an indication that there is a communication error between the Central Control Unit and the EEPROM onboard the CCU. F01 can also be displayed if the onboard "Pump Driver" fails to engage. Generally in order to correct this failure will require replacing the CCU. There is no way to test and verify if the control board has failed.

Machine won't fill with water

Check that the inlet screens on the water supply are not clogged.
Make sure the water is for certain turned on (assuring nothing has changed).

If those are not found to be the problem, then it could be the fill valve(s) or the timer control.

Reply back what you find, and I can help you further.
