Screen shakes have to use track ball

the screen shakes when you touch it and dosent work you have to use the track ball to select an item other than that the phone works fine

Try turning off the device and take off the back cover and battery. make sure the camera button isnt stuck and try pressing it in a few times...it should kinda make a clicking noise.
reasemble the phone and turn it on by holding the red key for about 10 seconds or so and see if it still happens. if it does, call t-mobile at 1800-937-8997 for a replacement.
go to MENU > SETTINGS > SD CARD AND PHONE STORAGE > RESET PHONE > ERASE EVERYTHING.
you wont loose your numbers and stuff given you remember you username and password for your gmail account.
