Picture fades out ?
You mean picture comes clear with all colors and then fades out slowly and screen becomes dark / blank then TV goes to standby mode.

Its the problem of inter nal circuit board as some of the capacitors r blowned on the main board.needs to be check ed by the meter and replaced.technician at your place is much advisable.as its cost will be negligible.

No picture,no sound, no menu

This indicates that the shutdown circuit has triggered the shuting down of your TV. This could denote a problem in the low voltage or high voltage power supplies. I would suggest taking the Tv to the repair shop or having a tech come over to your place and give you an estimate.
