Hi, Misplaced my english version of directions when I purchsed a new Motorola D & G H700 heatset. All I had to use was spanish, and another language, both of which I do not speak or understand. I logged onto your site and there were all my answers! Thank you so much for having this available.

I had the same problem and I quickly and easily resolved it in the following way:

On H700 device with mic boom closed, hold down call button until ring light turns purple. Immediately open mic boom to keep the purple light illumated. If so, H700 is now in pairing mode.

On your phone, enable Bluetooth and have phone search for devices.

Problem solved!

First, turn on your bluetooth on your phone.
Flip the boom mic on your H700 and hold down the call button for 5 seconds.
The indicator light should be purple. That means it is in pairing mode.
Then using your phone, attempt to connect to your H700.
It'll ask for a passkey. The default passkey is 0000.

you have to enable bluetooth on your phone and when it tries to pair it will ask for a passcode of sorts. When you enter it, it will connect.

Thank you. I called a 1-800 number for tech support but they told me I had to wait 14 days from the date of purchase before they could help me. Your suggestion was right on the money. Thank you.
