Keypad doesnt work - Kitchen Ranges

It could be the Touch Screen. If it is a Designer 1. If it is a Designer II or Quilt Designer or #1 it could be the Dcard. Recommend it be checked by an Authorized Viking Dealer. If the whole panel is out it sounds like a missing or bad ribbon cable. start there and tell us what happens.

Sounds like your keypad has simply failed.

there must be fault in keypad.contact your device dealer and change the keypad of your problem.this will fix your problem

Locate the smart/learn button on the rear of the motor unit near where all those white wires go. Press and immediately release this and then walk over to the keypad and key in any 4 digit code you like and press enter.

buy a new phone!!!

maybe the flix damaged!!! or grounded...

take the phone to a mobile service center and ahve them test the phone for you to determined what is going on with it.
