Question about Denon AVR-1802 Receiver
No matter how quiet the receiver is turned down. Although when I turn the volume down below half and crank the receiver it's loud with no crackling. just wondering what setting I might adjust or what I can do to fix this. I am using a simple audio to headphone jack for the input of these audio devices. Any help would be phenomenal. I'm also using 12 guage speaker wire and have reconnected several times to get the bests connection

the unit is ok. User manual on page 42 says that the digital sources can not be output trough multisource output.
Try to use VCR-1 VCR-2 audio output jacks instead.
