Changed the washer, turned tap and dishwasher on but water won't go through to dishwasher

Might be better to check if the water is coming out of the tap. Also confirm if you are getting any error code on the dishwasher.

How do I change the washer on a Rotec Supertub tap

Those taps are fairly hard to remove, so you'll need a big crescent spanner to remove them. I have had the same leaky tap on our supertub, but have found replacement tap washers unobtainable here in Blenheim. Please let me know if you can find any.Regards, Tom

Hi, we have a tapmate futura kitchen mixer tap that is constantly dripping. you used to be able to buy spare seal kits direct from the Berglen group in watford but seem to have disappeared any one out...

The suggestions above are rubbish. The problem is common with the Futura, because the spout is moved usually through 180 degrees. The kit consists of a plastic barrier washer, and o ring. Sometimes with the replacement grub screw. Tapmate was Berglen and Berglen was swallowed up by Damixa which in turn was taken by Bristan who have some spares but I don't know if they have this. Otherwise there is an overseas website for Damixa

Dripping from mixer tap in kitchen

This is a failure of the washer in the valve of the mixer tap. You can remove most of these to change the washer that is worn out. However even if the valve is faulty with a worn out thread the tap can leak.

Use the correct tool to remove , model not mentioned .

Do we need a Y connector for our combo washer dryer. We just have one tap in the kitchen sink

If you use a Y connector to provide water to the washer it will not be able to use different water temperatures. The water temperature at both the cold and hot inputs will be whatever comes out of the tap. The washer controls cold and hot inputs separately to change teh water temperature in the machine. A Y tap will only provide one temperature (whatever the tap is set to provide) to both inputs. If the tap is a faucet you could control the temperatures manually but the machine needs to have a water supply at both of its inputs.
