Pop in the OS X CD and turn off the computer. Turn it back on while holding down the 'C' key. You computer will boot to the CD.
Now, choose your preferred language and go to the next screen. Across the top of the screen is a menu. Click Utilities. In there you will find a password reset utility that will do the job.
