(1) Make sure that the credit unit is not stuck and that all of the contacts open and close correctly while manually operating the solenoids. Lubricate it if the wheel does not turn freely. (2) Make sure that there are credits on the machine. (3) If it still wont select check fuses or (4) try pressing the letter and the number simultaneously, some "free play" set ups will work this way.
Hi
if you can open the jukebox and look for the cd unit. under the place of the disc you should see the laser head its a small lense
try to clean with a qtips could be dust on the eye
it helped me when my cd player did not play
Hope it will help
Looks like your power supply's failed. The green light on the back of your power supply is just a neon light that just confirms that the power lead is OK, it does not relate to the status of the power supply! Try powering it up with another power supply, or replacing the power supply.
remove battery and then insert power cord and power it up. if it powers, then insert battery while laptop is on. otherwise, if it doesnt, get the battery charged from else where and insert it just to confirm that the power supply unit isnt spoilt.
Regards
Ouch!
1. power OFF
2. UNplug cord at wall
3. Turn ON jukebox (w/o power cord plugged in)
4. Turn OFF jukebox
5. Plug cord into SURGE PROCTOR (not wall, not simple power strip)
6.Turn ON jukebox.
7. If it doesn't work, try once more; otherwise ... *sigh* repair/replace..
Unplugging the power chord to unit for sometime (around 20 - 30 minutes) and plug back the power chord . After that press the eject button for 30 seconds at times this may work and you can get back the dvd from the player .
Yahoo jukebox was bought out by Rhapsody. I had the same problem and their only solution was for me to buy a Rhapsody subscription. I know this is not the solution you want to hear but that seems to be the only way to keep any music that was stored using the yahoo jukebox.
error 61 on the nsm is a cd read error nothing to do with the amp, clean laser lens with a cotton bud and spit not spirits etc just saliva, then make a blank selection and see if the laser emits red beam, if not then the laser is faulty, check connections etc, if it picks up the disc but does not spin it its the decoder at fault, places like act marketing london, jukebox showroom, capital coin, herondata sales or anyone operator within the amusement industry will gladly sell you an exchange unit, or just try the coinslot industy magazine online or order via wh smiths
