How do I disconnect a blutooth on a pioneer AVH-p4400bh?

My niece came down and we connected her phone to make sure it worked. Now that she has left, I cannot connect any other devices or even get to the blutooth menu. How to reset?

SOURCE: pioneer AVH-P5700 instalation

You can find a wiring diagram for your 87 monte at http://www.modifiedlife.com/1987-chevrolet-monte-carlo-car-audio-wiring-schematic/ You can refer to the installation manual for your deck at http://akamaipix.crutchfield.com/Manuals/130/130AVHP570.PDF Since you are removing a shaft style radio and installing a DIN style you will need to perform extensive modifications to your dash. The Pioneer manual provides the dimensions.

SOURCE: bypass ebrake with relay on a pioneer avh-p5700

Go to any auto parts store and purchase a four wire relay and wire it up as follows: The relay will have numbers written on the bottom for each pin. The wire from the parking brake from the H/U to 87. Ground to 85 and 30. Remote from the H/U to 86. This will give you an automatic bypass to the DVD lockout. If you want to just put a switch to do this manually you can also. Go to Radio Shack and buy a momentary push button switch, part number 275-1548. Take the green wire coming out of the unit. Strip the wire, and attach it to one of of the pins on the relay switch. It doesn't matter which one. Buy a standard 16 gauge wire from Radio Shack and connect it to the other pin on the switch, then connect the other end of it to a grounded connection on your vehicle. Now, when you play a DVD, the warning screen will come on. Just press the button on the switch and it will go away, since it tricks the receiver into thinking you have engaged the parking brake. Like someone said before, it is illegal in just about all states to have a dvd or other video playing if the driver can see it and the car is moving. This method is used because the lockout not only keeps you from seeing videos but also locks out some features which many feel have nothing to do with safety and they need it.

SOURCE: please help me enable the aux mode on the above

Have you tried going into the menu and searching for this function? Also some car stereo's have a sub menu when the radio is turned off or in stanby mode it usually can be reached by pushing your menu button and holding for a few seconds also again the power has to be in standby mode. if this works look through menu for your problem.

HD radio stations are not coming in clear

see if there is a local/distant selector on your unit. It will make it so your radio will only let you find very strong stations, also check your antenna connection to make sure it is pushed all the way into the connector and is clean of corrosion or anything that could keep it from making good contact inside of the connection, you can use steel wool or scotchbrite pads on the surfaces to ensure a good connection.

I cannot hear the dialing or ring tone and the phone is paired to the radio correctly with full volume, what could it be?

You don't mention the year, make and model of the vehicle or, what exactly is installed with this headunit. However, I have seen this issue with certain installations concerning the cancellation of the front speakers during the phone operation( if an amp is connected and the front speakers are routed through the amp) and, when the installer fails to connect the remote turn on wire (blue /white) to the vehicle's amp turn on.
