What does your camera do when you try to format the card? Casio only recommends using Sandisc, Toshiba and Panasonic memory cards. I dont believe that there is a firmware upgrade available for your camera that would fix what is going on. Try formatting your memory card first and hopefully that will make it able to save on your card instead of internal memory.

My camera doesn't see SD 16GB anymore. Worked fine until a few days ago. SD works fine on PC

Try inspecting the memory card slot, eventually with a magnifying glass. Sometimes just a little bit of dust, a small paper or other debris, can block data transfer. Be sure al contacts on the card, but also in the camera are clean and shining. Never use sharp tools in or around a camera. Don't scratch the contact points.
And to make sure you can put pictures on a memory card, there must be space. If possible try to format the card in the camera. Just to make sure the camera sees the correct file system on the memory card.

No display on lcd no picture

The shutter is jammed closed. This blocks the light from reaching the image sensor. This problem can generally be fixed without parts, price will be $100-150 for labor from a professional. Depending on the purchase price of the camera, you may be better off getting a new camera.

Try to remove memory card and battery and wait for 15 minutes to reset the phone. Check you memory card for errrors. now insert batttery and switch on if camera works fine then inserrt scanned memory card into the phone.
If there are still issues then you might have to checck for hardware issues of the camera or fault in the software which must be reinstalled.

I didn't drop my camera or even touch it and it started saying lens error and automatically shutting down. How do I fix this?

Remove the battery and also the memory card and keep aside. after about 30 minutes reinsert the battery and hold down OK button, then switch on to see if the camera resets with the lens correcting. If the fault does not clear, repeat once again but hold the lens on the palm and tap softly to reset the mechanism from any blocks.
If none of the above works you will need help to open and check.
