    Hi there.

Just wondering what else you can tell me about his unit. How long have you had it? Did you recently install any new software before you noticed the issue? This is the kind of information we can use to help you out.

Just from past experience fixing laptops, my gut tells me it's a damaged keyboard or damaged/loose keyboard cable.

You have turned on the number keypad feature of the laptop... try tapping fn and nm once at the same time and see if that fixes it.

# six key and delete buttons not working

If you mean the keys are depressed and won't spring back up, then maybe just temporary stuck. I have kept hitting a key many times, hard and it freed up. If that doesn't help then buy a keyboard on EBAY.COM

Check if your laptop has inbuilt recovery partition.
Also if you have recovery discs you can reinstall the cam application since most of the inbuilt softwares that come with your notebook will present in the Recovery discs or Recovery partition.

NEED PRODUCT KEY!

Most times on laptops the product key for windows is on a sticker on the laptop itself. As long as its a brand name and loaded at the factory originally their will be the sticker under it. Look for the Microsoft logo (holographic) and the product key number will be there. Though what your describing is odd as windows does not have a trial version of the OS.

Dissambling acer 5570 laptop

Before you go through complete disassembly, you might want to just 'blow' the dust out. Its much easier, less prone to error, and achieves the same result; All you'll need is an air compressor with a spray nozzle attached, and a minimum 25-30lbs pressure.

Steps:
Turn off the computer, and unplug the power cord.

Remove any removable cover - memory, wifi/mini-pci, hard drive, and pull out the battery.

Place the laptop, closed, upside down on a table or work surface, and hold the end of the air compressor's spray nozzle first against the fan vents while spraying air into the laptop casing. (You should see a cloud of dust burst out)

If there are more fane vents(there usually are), blow out each one in turn.

Hold the nozzle four inches or so away from the memory access, and blow air into the casing. Do the same for hard drive panel, and any other open vent or panel.

Close the hdd, memory, and wifi panels, and any other open panel, turn the laptop upright and open the screen.

Holding the air nozzle a few inches(four-six) above the laptop, carefully spray the keyboard(too close, and you risk blowing out the rubber pads that lift the keys).

Finally, wait a few minutes for any condensation to evaporate, and you're ready to go.

Tosiba saterlite A100 pro- how do i dimantle

1. Release the following 10 latches on the switch cover, in that order:
- Six bottom latches (near LCD/ Hinge side)
- Four front latches
2. Remove the speaker cover.

Remove 2 screws holding keyboard in place lift up and
Remove the connector CN11 on main board and keyboard.

The odds of "Repairing" the keyboard are practically nill, I would use an external until a replacement could arrive. LINK
