I am afraid your sponge may not have been dry. Water and electricity should not be in the same place at the same time. If you got soapy water into the machine, it would explain why you have a problem now. Turn the machine off as additional problems may develop if the power is left on. Leave a small fan trained on the keyboard area overnight to attempt to dry it out. If that recovers it, then fine. If it doesn't work correctly after having time to dry out, it will need to be serviced.
Can you get one of those molded clear thingy's for over the keys so you don't have this issue again?

I need keys to my casio PCR 265P cash register

This may sound like a no-brainer, check ebay. I simple search found one for sale for $40 bux. Just buy it and use it as a parts system. The manufacturere may also be able to provide replacement keys since it is a POS system and they are likely to need replacement keys. Often times the manufacturer will chare a premium much higher than what you can find on ebay.

Hi. It is warning you that you didn't finish before changing modes. Go back to where you were (prob REG mode) and finish the sale before turning to refund mode. You can never turn the key before finishing in any mode.

Casio PCR-265P

Most of the simple machines don't have a fuse. If it has gone completely dead, then the thermal protector inside the transformer is the likely cause. You could open it and check for a fuse. If it doesn't have one, or it is not blown, then you will probably need a new transformer, or the thermal link needs replacing.

Sorry I can't be of more help. If you have an appliance repair shop near you, then they may be able to do this sort of work on the power supply.
