Question about Thermaltake Computers & Internet
My computer was in sleep mode normally i could move my mouse and it would turn on well it dident so after that i tried pushing the power button it wouldent turn on so i hit the reset button now it wont turn on
Make sure the tower is getting power. There will be a green light on the back of the tower where the power cord goes. Make sure the cord is snug and that it is securely plugged in to your power source - I'm hoping it is a power surge strip and in which case, make sure the surge strip didn't get unplugged or turned off. If you have it plugged directly in to the wall then make sure that outlet has power by plugging something else in to it that you know works. After doing all of this, make check to see if there is a light on the back of your pc. If not, unplug the power from the back of the tower, wait 30 seconds at least, and then plug it back in. Hit the power button on the front just once, if it doesn't power up, press and hold the button in for a 2 seconds and release. If that doesn't work, your power supply may have gone bad. That happens from time to time. Good luck, hope this helps!
