the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: nintendo ds games
you need to go into the system itself and delete files from the DS itself. The DS has the capability to save files. when the game starts up, go into systems and you should be able to find where the files are and start to delete some.

SOURCE: stuck on nintendo ds zelda game.
I don't know exactly where your at so I'll try to cover the whole b3 strategy.
Note: IF YOU HIT A REAPLING IN THE BACK WITH AN ARROW, IT'LL BE TEMPORARILY STUNNED.
Head east from the safe zone( the one you're in upon entering the floor ) while fighting the skulltula and poe, ignore the levers on the wall for now and continue moving east. A trap in the south-east corner causes blue flames to flare up, forcing you to battle the five skulltulas. After clearing out the skulltulas the blue flames will be extinguished. Go north, and then duck into a side passage with a safe zone. You'll see a crystal switch that when activated, it only releases a reapling so just ignore that switch completely. Get to the floor's far northern hallway, a small safe zone and a treasure chest are located in the northwest section. return to the floor's central safe zone where the the stone tablet is. The sequence 2, 4, 5, 1, 3 is the order in which the levers are pulled, not the order of which to pull them.
Here is exactly what you must do:
1. pull the 4th lever first
2.pull the lever farthest east (the 1st lever)
3. pull the 5th lever
4. pull the second lever
5. pull the middle lever (3rd lever)
In the right order, the levers drop the spikes to the north of the barrels. DO NOT rush up there immediatly, there's a trapdoor in the room's southern entrance. Loop around through the floor's east side to access the barrel room. make sure the reapling isn't close by and start moving the barrels in there. On the east side of the barrel room you'll find a pressure switch. Now you can access the safe zone in the north-west area. Avoid the reapling and skulltulas that you might encounter along the way. In the north-west safe zone you'll just find a few barrels, but one of them is wriggling. move it to find one of the cubus sisters. move slowly and kill the skulltulas that drop, like the others this sister is also scared of them. Reunite all the sisters, but before you do make sure you're ready for a tough battle.

It could be your gameboy has something in it. One time I got a dog hair in my gameboy and it wouldn't load anything. If that's not it, try removing the game and putting it back in while checking each time if the nintendo logo is fuzzy. Some of my older gameboy games require me to keep removing the game and pushing it back in over and over until it establishes a strong connection.
