Correct having two facebooks accts

Sounds like your account got hacked or simply lost. Did you try contacting Facebook customer support? Ask then to retrieve it from backup on last day you remember having the account.

you can never cancel it. but you can deactivate. go to my account settings and scroll down till you see deactivate

If you wish to add a new email address to your existing Facebook account, you can do so from the Settings tab of the Account page.

Here is the link to the Account page: https://register.facebook.com/editaccount.php

On the page which opens, click on the "Settings" tab. Then click on Change next to Email. (See attached image)

Now, since you have already created another account with your new email address (i.e; [email protected]), you will have to delete your new account.


To delete your new account, log in to your new Facebook account and then submit a request to delete the account by clicking this link: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account

Your new account will be deleted in the next 14 days. Afterwards, you can add the new email address to your old Facebook account.
