Tried to remove skype program an it said i was in safe mode an wouldnt let me tried to update adobe an couldnt cause it was in safe mode how do i get it off safe mode
Restart your computer During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup usually the Delete or F2 key this will vary depending on your computer and operating system Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS using the arrow keys load failsafe defaults or load optimized defaults press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart. Since it is a Toshiba Tecra if you are not worried about losing data on the laptop you can try turning on the laptop and start pressing the zero key. It should give you the option to restore your laptop if you haven't deleted the restore partition on the laptop.

you can have the webcam workin for only ne application at a point in time also check to see that you have activated the webcam access on the other applications and this time try with the windows firewall and other firewalls deactivated
