Http://www.dewaltservicenet.com/servicenet_home.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1 Go to this site type in the model info and you should be able to view a parts diagram. The clutch is not in the front of the drill by the clutch adjuster. It is behind the transmission, in front of the motor and is actuated by a rod from the clutch adjusting ring to the clutch assembly. You should be able to remove the four screws holding the "nose" on, remove all the parts in their respective sub assemblies without much issues.

Put a cluth in a 1991 toyota mr2 turbo 2.0 and its still grinding when I shift gears.. what can I do to solvve my problem

have you replaced your fly wheel and release bearing when you changed your clutch disc?

if yes, then replace your transmission fluid.
also, if you know hot to adjust your clutch release, adjust it. adjust it in a way that you need to draw back your clutch pedal a little higher for the clutch to complete engage.

here are some ways to adjust your clutch.

1. for clutch using clutch cable. open your hood, locate for the transmision, and there you can see a cable that connects the transmision and the clutch pedal. loosen in up a little.
2. for hydrovac clutch with self correcting features. just pull your clutch pedal away from the floor for a few seconds and its done.
3. for hyrovac without self correction. manually adjust the push rod (metal rod that connects the clutch pedal to the clutch master)

I press on the clutch and it seems that I have no clutch. I installed a new presure plate and when I was done I went to turn on the truck the clutch pedal does not seem to work the clutch

I don't know if you have hydraulic clutch cylinder but sounds like it may be bypassing or have air in system. Try bleeding system and checking for pressure when pedal is pushed

How to proper bleed a hydraulice cluch on a 2005 ford focus

the slave cylinder is inside the bell housing ,if clutch not clearing properly then it may need a new clutch ,you just open bleed nipple and assistant pushes clutch down ,usual procedure ,if all else fails then leave a brick or a broom handle to hold clutch pedal down a bit overnight and see if that helps ,old trick i know but it still works

Need to know how to bleed clutch for 1995 ford ranger

Does the clutch have the outer clutch slave or is it inside the clutch plate area, to know look on the left or right side for a clutch slave cylinder if it does not have one it's internal and a pain. If it has an out side one fill the master reservoir then go under the truck and crack open the bleed valve on the cylinder have someone pres the clutch pedal all the way down and hold it to the floor, then close bleed valve then allow the clutch back up and have them push it to the floor open bleed valve and close when all air comes out do this till the arm moves it's full travel about 2 inches. And if its one with a master inside the transmission it has to be power bleed and normally you can’t do it without pulling the transmission.

My clutch on my 2000 hyundai accent is slippin and was wondering if there is an ajustment on it or do i just need to replace it?

Your vehicle has a hydrolic clutch and is self adjusting. You will need to replace the clutch. this new of a car should not need the clutch replace so allow me to explain something that most people do not know, your clutch does not wear out as fast if you do not accelerate while letting it out. I know that sounds impossible but the less you accelerate while letting it off the longer it will last. Try finding a open and level parking lot and practicing taking off with out touching the accelerator. You have to let off very slow at first but after you get used to it you will find you get smoother take offs and less wear.

Clutch fluid leak

the 900 uses the same reservoir for both brake and clutch; it's in front of the firewall on the side of the pedals, immediately visible when you open the hood. Milky plastic, with a screw top; max and min levels marked by lines.

clutch leaks can be at the slave cylinder in the clutch, which will likely cause slipping clutch; at the master cylinder, which may show as fluid inside the car; or in line between them (runs from master cylinder at firewall to front of engine, where the clutch is located).

Look for leaks on ground and relate to location above leak in engine bay

Need to bleed the clutch on 88 camry

Hello,I'm not familiar with the Camry, but usually there is a clutch master cylinder under the hood & a slave cylinder on the transmission. The bleeder should be on the slave cylimder.Open the bleeder a couple of turns & fill the resevoir under the hood & let it gravity feed.BUT,keep an eye on it and don't let it run dry or you will get more air.Tighten the bleeder & have a buddy to pump the clutch and hold it to floor. While it's on floor, open bleeder & repeat this until fluid only comes out.DO NOT release clutch until bleeder is tight or...More Air.Hope this helps.

Need step by step on how to bleed hydrolic clutch on a 1996 ford ranger

First remove the clutch reservoir top. Make sure the rubber stopper/bladder is in the cap when removed. Next locate the clutch line that goes into the tranny just aft of the bell housing. There should be a bleed screw, if so open it slightly. If no screw, than loosen the line where it attatches in. Next fill the clutch reservoir and watch till it leaks out on the tranny end. Once thats noticed, close the screw/line and recap reservoir. pump clutch pedal, and repeat bleed steps at least once more to ensure all air is out. remember to fill clutch fluid up to operating levels.
