Generally if the impeller looks okay it is good to go. In the event that the pump has run hot (without water) you may find that the back of the impeller, near the seal, has deformed from the heat and it should be replaced.
As for as the seal- when in doubt, change it out. You don't want to risk wrecking a couple hundred dollar motor to save $10 on the seal.

Don't touch the bolts, they are for removing the motor and the last thing then.
Remove the bolt on the clamp then pry out on the edge of it. Their are three sections and you will pop them off one at a time.
Once inside their five screws holding the difuser in place pull those and your at the impeller.

SOURCE: I am having difficulty removing

For an impeller really stuck on the motor shaft you need to pull the motor thru-bolts and remove the rotor with the pump still attached from the stator. Lock the rotor in a vice and turn the impeller off with a large set of channel locks or a large strap wrench.

Notices some problem with suction on my Karcher RC3000. Much of the dust remains on the brush and doesn't get sucked in. Service couldn't advise anything. Any ideas?

The air passages through the machine may be plugged, or the impeller (fan) on the motor is slipping on the shaft so that no vacuum is produced. Remove the brush assembly to check the air passage behind it and inspect the brush bearings for collections of thread, string, and hair. Also, inspect the debris collection area for air passage blocking. If there is a filter where the air discharges that might be plugged. Hope some of this helps!

How to troubleshoot toilet sump pump?

Unplug the sump pump. Bail out the sump pump to expose the pump's machinery.

Inspect the rod attached to the motor on the top of the sump pump. Move it up and down manually to see if it moves smoothly. Corrosion will keep the rod from moving smoothly. Clean the float road with steel wool.

Inspect the float ball. If it contains water, you need to replace it. Unscrew the float ball from the end of the float rod and screw on a replacement float ball.

Inspect your sump pump's check valve. It has an arrow on it. The arrow should be pointing away from the pump. If it's pointing towards the pump, remove and reinstall the check valve.

Locate the small weep hole between the check valve and the pump. Clean it out with a pipe cleaner.

Inspect the impeller, which is the fan-like piece that sits near the bottom of the pump's tank. If it is clogged by debris, then it will not turn properly. Unbolt the impeller and clean away any debris you find. Reinstall the impeller with new gaskets and sealant. Locate and replace the mesh filter in the sump pump, since only a damaged or missing filter would allow debris to get near the impeller.

Motor problem

It could be a problem with your impeller or your wheels/axles. That is a common, but easily corrected problem, with these automatic pool cleaners. First check the impeller, occasionally hair, leaves, or other material will get caught in the impeller, if this is the vase, take the top grill off by removing the 2 screws from the top. Make sure the transformer is unplugged. Remove the debris and replace the top. Also, you will want to check the front drive wheels and rear idler wheels. Make sure there is no debris or leaves caught in the axle bearings.

I have versa gold submersible pump, it works intermittently. There is enough water in the pond and it is submerged

Intermittent running usually points to intake or impeller obstruction. Remove the impeller screen and cover, inspect the impeller, the screen the discharge exit point for debris. Unlike other brands the impeller is not replaceable if worn or damaged.

The F2 code indicates the drain pump has either failed or become clogged.
To check the pump, remove the bottom access panel. There you will find access to the pump clean-out.(Large,white screw cap) BE READY TO CATCH LOTS OF WATER. CAREFULLY AND S_L_O_W_L_Y unscrew the pump clean-out, catching and discarding the water. When the water flow finally stops, completely remove the clean-out filter. Inspect the clean-out filter, the drain hose from the tub as well as inside the pump impeller for any additional debris.
