There are services on the Internet where you can provide your serial number and get the unlock code, however my instincts tell me that they may not be legit. The safest bet would be to go to the retail outlet where you bought your phone and plan and ask them to unlock it for you.

The best bet is to put your original sim (d880) , but don`t lock it.
Ring the supplier for this sim explain the situation and they will unlock it for you.
Your second sim will then work in your phone , no problem!

Please use one of the below Samsung secret codes to format your phone:
There are actually two codes that you can actually use to
reset the password. Below are these codes. Please dial them
up and have the problem solved.
Through this mean the security code will be reset to 0000.
This will allow you to format the phone easily.
