Getting "i card not initialized" error on my fuji 2650 dig camera

Hi, I put my mem. card into my HP PC to see if I could download the photos. I couldn't get it to work and put the mem. card back into my camera and now I'm getting this "i card on initialized" error. What can I do to fix this. Thanks, Steve truckmankits1958@yahoo.com
