1 - Switch on your Nokia 6630 without any sim card. 2 - Don't bother as to what is displayed on your Nokia 6630. 3 - Compose #pw+CODE+1#. 4 - The Nokia 6630 would then display the message "SIM Restriction Off" and will be unlocked!

sir try this key [00000 or 12345] [0000 or 1234] if this key is invalid then connect to the pc and copy the datas to the pc then you formet the memory card.it will not ask the default passward.............
Memory cards are easy to just blow up and quit. Looks like this is what happened to yours. I suggest you get a new and save what info you can before you lose more. Sorry.
1st check is ur memory card is ok. u can check it by connect pc. if card ok then format ur phone and insert ur card. but if still no result then its ur memory card slot problem or ur memory card ic has damaged.
Unplug and tilt the printer so that it's facing down. Shake gently. If you get it out, you'll need to get a sd/mmc adapter. It usually comes with the card. It will make the card the same size as the SD card.
