Nokia E5 - open your contacts, Select All copy to memory card/MircoSD.
using card reader copy all contacts to the momorycard to your PC/Computer
contacts are located at E:/Others/Contacts (e.g.)
on your PC download iTools
connect your iPhone5 sync contacts / export .vcf file

Hi if there are contacts in the sim as well as in the phone,there might be some setting mistake with the phone.Ok Go to contact setting "Memory in use" just select the dual mode (phone and sim).Moreover,for better result restore the phone by selecting "Restore setting Only"/type *#7780# when your phone is in stand-by mode.
