• Remove the hard disk and re-fix it again.Try booting now.Solved?
• Then your Operating System may have crashed!Remove the hard disk and enslave it on another machine with a good Operating System as a secondary storage device and reboot this machine.
• On start up,press F1 to accept runnig unnix and the damaged files on your drive will be repaired.Remove it and install it on your machine.
• Now try booting your machine.

Hello Robert, you would need to install an localised OS to the VC5090 to change the language. You can do it by copying several files to the device and starting an exe file.
Available languages: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Chinese Simplified and Traditional, Korea and Japanese.

It may be corrupt internal firmware in the phone, or you may have an application installed that is causing its main processor functions to hang. There may be an intermittant hardware failure.

These are common faults that cause most of these phones to stop functioning. I would start by wiping it clean, and re-installing its firmware and operating system.
