It appears that this model Acer does not support Blurtooth devices. You can check the specifications for this model laptop on this WEB site. http://support.acer.com/acerpanam/notebook/2009/acer/aspire/Aspire5532/Aspire5532sp2.shtml
Download the drivers from the Acer WEB site. Make sure youselect the model of your laptop the drivers you that require that matches theWindows version that is installed on your laptop. Use this link to get to theAcer support: - http://www.acersupport.com/drivers_download.aspx
If you have a bluetooth button at the front it doesnt mean its inbuilt, most Acer laptops don't have it although the button is there.
assuming you have set up the bluetooth correctly
Your model does list it has inbuilt but, if it is the light should flicker, you should also check the latest driver http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/notebook/as_5100.html
I Also have the Aspire 5310 and when you press the bluetooth launch button it says 'No Bluetooth Device', this is becasuse it does not have the Bluetooth card installed into this computer and this is an extra for your laptop... hope this helped.
If you are able, when the pc is booting up keep pressing F8, this will take you to safe mode and not allow the graphics driver to run.
When in the safe mode options, select either Last known good configuration or start windows in safe mode.
Last known good configuration should find the last good system settings, when it reboots.
Start windows in safe mode allows you to go into windows using the administartor account, and then you should select system restore and restore back to the day before or just before you updated the graphics driver.
