Question about Fax Machines
You have a paper jam. You will need to remove the upper cover from the machine and get the jam out ( 4 screws). Be careful and do not bend any of the guide plates when you do this, and make sure that you remove all the paper ("Reassemble" the jammed paper and make sure you got it all!) Work with the machine unplugged so that you do not accidentally turn it on with the rollers exposed. When finished you should be able to turn the knob and use the machine.

Did you kix your problem with the folding machine

Problem is not fixed. It does not involve a fax machine, it involves a Pitney Bowes 1810 document folding machine. Not interested in paying for "service" - it appears as though your service would be of any help.
