Question about HP Deskjet D4260 Printer
The printer was working fine for about one year. Two days ago it stoped printing. When I did some trouble shooting it told me device is not connected, check if device is powered and properly connected to computer. The ink and arrow light are flashing so there is power and it is connected to usb port. I changed usb ports no luck. I downloaded new driver, held down the power button for one minute no luck, restarted the computer no luck. HP said it looks like a software problem. I'm out of warranty. Hope you can help.
Try to uninstall the driver and software of the printer
then a compete new installlation
