Hi go to the Acer website here:-
Select your location, you will then be asked what you want, select driver downloads. You can then select your product. Now you will be presented with various operating systems, so under the operating system you are using select drivers an utilities.
In this drop down find the crystal eye driver, download it and reinstall it.
Let me know if this doesn't work.
