Question about Washing Machines

F:17 error code Bosch Maxx5

F:17 error means low inlet water pressure.Cleaned complete inlet and outlet pipes.Error is showing only when drying mode is ON.When washing everything works perfect.Error is activated for about 2 minutes after drying cycle is ON.display shows scale with lines and minutes so error shows on 4-th line and 14 minutes to end(15 min's drying cycle) and it is always at the same time.I measure continuity on three valves on water inlet. On coil for dryer shows nothing and other two shows the same reading about 3.6 KOhms.

I imagine if you could replace that bad coil you would solve your problem. No doubt you'll have to replace the entire valve though. Let me know if you need assistance finding the part. Don't forget to check eBay for the part too. Good luck.

SOURCE: error codes

If this machine is like other of its type then you may find the manual taped to the inside of the machine near the bottom side panel.
open the bottom access panel (3 screws on bottom front lip) and look for it as it will have the codes. near where the filter is .
while you were down there cleaning the filter did you check that the pump impellers move freely and were not clogged with any debris.

SOURCE: error codes

My Kenmore H3 stops working, starts beeping and flashing "F9", but it only happens when I'm washing a heavy load like jeans or bath towels. I think it gets off-balance and I have found that if I hit "pause" once and then hold in "start" briefly it somehow resets itself and works fine from then on till the load is completely done.

SOURCE: Bosch washer/dryer

I also have the same washer and same problem, and it is not due to clogged filters nor due to low pressure!

Any solutions so far?

I wish I had read these posts before buying it. :(

SOURCE: drying

The E10 error code means - not filling water.
The problem could be because of clogged filters on the water inlet line or a malfunction inlet valve.
Also there is still some water inside accumulated so please do check the filter for blockages. To avoid other errors check the outlet valve and the filter as a precaution.
Good luck with the machine. Please do rate my solution. Also do post comments for further help if needed.

I keep getting E22 warning

E22 is residual water in sump, this could be blocked pump, dirty filter, grease build up. If you have removed white pump cover to check for blockages, ensure that it is completely clipped back into position before trying again. The non return valve maybe allowing dirty water to drain back into the machine. If you tend to run a quick wash a lot, you may need to boil a kettle and pour it into the sump to clear any build up from around the optical sensor in the sump. Post if you need further assistance

Model LD 12AW2 not drawing water displaying 1E error

Hi afarugia,

The IE error you are seeing means Inlet Error, this shows because your dishwasher is not getting enough water through in a specific time frame - Please check the following:

- Is the Inlet hose kinked in any way? (This could lead to low water pressure to the solenoid) Straighten it.
- Is the Inlet hose filter (Found when unscrewing the hose form the inlet on the machine) dirty? Clean it.
- Is the tap completely open? (Low pressure)
- Has your home gone under any plumbing alterations? (This could have also caused low water pressure - Too little water)

If all of these come back OK, and it still gives the same problem, I'd suggest replacing the inlet valve (Found on the opposite side of the inlet pipe - inside your Dishwasher), could also be a pressure switch (Found at the bottom of your Dishwasher - accessible from the bottom).

This should solve any problems.

Kind Regards :-)

My lg ld 1403w1 dishwasher fills with water and then error code I.E appears have bailed out water and tried it three times same result

Hi june1245,

I.E means Inlet Error, this shows because your dishwasher is not getting enough water through in a specific time frame (varies on model) - Make sure of the following first:

- Is the Inlet hose kinked in any way? (This could lead to low water pressure to the solenoid) Un-kink it.
- Is the Inlet hose filter (Found when unscrewing the hose form the inlet on the machine) dirty? Clean it.
- Is the tap completely open? (Low pressure)
- Has your home gone under any plumbing alterations? (This could have also caused low water pressure - Too little water)

What isF:17

Hello -- Looks like you are NOT alone in having F17 come up.
It covers a few possibilities.
Supply Hose (into machine) - Kinks , valve not open enough - etc Clean Filter Water Pressure
Mostly cover the water going INTO the machine - there is a different error code for the OUTLET pipes.

I have a Bosch washer wfc5301uc it is showing error code E02

Could be a faulty inlet valve, or not enough pressure to operate valve,
Remove hose onto valve, and check the water is getting to it o/k,turning off the water to the valve before you undo the hose.
Hope this helps.

Sounds like water pressure could be low or inlet pipe is kinked.

F04: possible filling or water level problem. Check water inlet pipe (or shut-off valve), or the outlet pipe, or the pump or pump filter if accessible (check for blockages or foreign objects). Also could be the water valve solenoid weak, causing filling to be too slow.

F05: possible draining (pumping off) problem, check the pump filter, or pump, outlet pipe, or U-BEND.
