Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

this is code for fault in potential measuring pcb .try this solution.enter service mode(press additional function * then 2 and 8 together and again *) on screen select copier > option > po cont :> press 0 > ok. press reset button twice ,switch off machine and restart. make a copy if problem disappears then change potential measuring pcb if u don't wish to replace the pcb machine will still work with potential control off but u will have to adjust copy quality by adjusting primary corona height.

Need tub capacity

Instructions
Things You'll Need:

* Measuring tape

1.

Measure the depth from inside the washer with a measuring tape. Start from the back of the inside of the washer towards you to the front of the washer. Measure the depth from a top loading washer from the bottom of the inside of the washer to the top. For example, a washing machine may have a depth of two feet.
2.

Measure the height inside the washer unit. The height inside the washer is from the bottom of the inside of the washer to the top of the inside of the washer for a front loading washing. The height is from one side of the inside of the washer to the other side in a top loading washer. For example, the inside of a washer may be one and a half feet, or 1.5 feet.
3.

Divide the height calculated in step 2 by two, and square it. In the example, 1.5 divided by two equals 0.75, and 0.75 to the power of 2 equals 0.5625.
4.

Multiply the number calculated in step 3 by the depth of the washing machine. In the example, 0.5625 times two equals 1.125.
5.

Multiply the number calculated in step 4 by Pi to determine the capacity. Pi is generally estimated as 3.14. In the example, 1.125 times 3.14 equals a washer capacity of 3.5325 cubic feet

Removing Data from leased Ricoh, Canon, IKON MFDs

I can only advise on the Ricoh machines. If you remove the 2-4 screws holding the printer interface in the machine, the entire assembly pulls out and the HDD's are easily removed from the board.
The 20xx is a basic laptop (IDE) drive the 30xx is a standard PC (IDE) drive. As for the newer 3500,4500, etc. They may be a newer SATA or the even the same (i have minimal experience on these ones), but your IT dept can identify them. You can replace these for the cost of a new drive (maybe $60-$80) - The currently installed drives are maybe 20Gb-40Gb . I believe you can only buy maybe an 80Gb these days, but that's fine. Install them and do what you like with the old ones. There should be no formatting required and all features should work as before with the exception (obviously) of anything stored in the document server /address book, etc. Scanning destinations will probably be deleted as well, however it will have no affect on printing features.
Of course 'Ricoh' or "Ikon" (owned by Ricoh) wants to replace it with their "proprietary" HDD at hugely inflated prices -but they will just be "hitachi", or "toshiba" dirves anyway.
I would not be surprised at all if the Canon machines were just as easy - most are.
I don't think you'll want to mention this to your service company, or they will likely come back at you for 'tampering' or something foolish.

This is a suggestion only , and I myself won't accept any liability for damage caused or costs incurred, should you decide to try it.

I have a Canon NP6012

E210 is a lens problem

1- check the lens make sure it is moving, turn off machine take off the glass, move the lens by hand then turn on, does it move ( it is supposed to go to a certain position "home position" and go back )
there may be a problem with the sensors( out of place or bad) or motor (rare)
2- I know that on the older Canon (analog) the lens are moved by a pully/wire, and they break you have to repair it by removing the lens. not that difficult but not easy to explain. We use to repair it by adding a paper clip to the broken part saved time a trip back out.
If you are not a tech or very handy consider paying a tech that does side jobs and offer $60.
A mom and pop runs $75 /hr and Ikon $125/hr !!!!! not including parts.

MS Office missing sku112. cab file - will not open

Hi Jimday356,

This is a common problem with most migration issues. What i would suggest is, if possible, "rip" your data to another external hardrive (or a thumbdrive) and make sure you copy all data over. I have done this before and i can tell you, the whole data size should amount less than 500mb. In fact, i would suggest that you do the same for all programs that you deem important on your computer, always store them as software on some external drive (or thumbdrives) and have the, updated or refreshed every month or so (to be on the safe side to oprevent data corruption).

Once you have done that, just insert your drive via USB and run the stup file. It should automatically start repairing whatever missing links and resotre all shortcuts on desktops and program files. Hope the suggesiton above helps, else, please let me know and i can instruct you in detail as to a proper alternate procedure.

Regards,

Cartridge Finishes early

Unfortunately that is a technical issue.
1-adjustment of the Seperation
2-adjustment of the developper
3-adjustment of the Primary bias
4- etc.. etc...

You need a tech to go in and see which adjustment needs to be reset or calibrated. Most adjustments are done in the service mode but you still need to know how anad which one. The SERVICE manual is the only thing that will tell you and how to adjust.
