SOURCE: F14 error message
First change the fuse. Then if it still isn't functioning properly, you may have to replace the lamp, in which case you should contact a specialist. Details can be found in the Instructions Manual.
and enter EB270 and click the Go button.
Then download the PDF file of the manual in English (EN)
Hope this helps :)
ps Someone else on Fixya claims to have fixed the F14 problem by changing the PCB Board, whatever that is.. but there was no further rating or feedback given. That's all I have.. Good Luck!

F14 = EEPROM Error
The Central Control Unit (CCU) receives it's data from an EEPROM on board the CCU.
If there is an error reading this data, it will cause this error.
A power glitch may cause this error. Try unplugging the Unit for two minutes to see if that fixes the error.
So its likely you'll need a new CCU board. Check your owners manual, some models have up to a 5 yr. parts warranty on that CCU.
Thanks for using FixYa - a 4 THUMBS rating is appreciated for answering your FREE question

From their corporate web site:
If you should experience a problem not covered in TROUBLESHOOTING, please visit our website at www.amana.com for additional information. If you still need assistance, call us at 1-800-843-0304.
You as well could look online for a .pdf file of the original owners manual (unless you have one handy); and then contact a local appliance repair company and inquire by phone prior to the expense of the minimal trip charge fee.

Tips for a great answer:
Dec 05, 2016 | Electrolux Kitchen Ranges
Hey friend, thanks for your post!
I see that your Electrolux wall oven is displaying an "F14" error code. "F14" stands for display tail missing, which means you could have an issue within your main control board or keypad. I would perform a reset on your appliance which can be done by flipping your household circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes. If that does not correct the issue I would suggest seeking a professional to come out properly diagnose and repair your appliance. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
