Question about Epson Stylus CX5000 InkJet Photo Printer
I have followed the directions, but the red light keeps flashing and the "on" light keeps flashing. The directions say not to turn the machine off if the red light is flashing. Is there another step I have missed? All of the inkjets appear full and I believe it was only the black that needed replacing.
Put the carriage to change cartridges remove the black and reinsert. Then if still in trouble repeat for all other carts. Meanwhile download the Epson utility from www.ssclg.com This fix all sorts of Epson problems
