Check that the master switch on the external condenser fan housing is turned on, it is a sliding button like switch.

same problem have no idea how to fix it can you fix it is it possible to turn it back on?someone please helppp! i tryed looking up on google and youtube havent found much

try to hold your power button and home buttom at same time or 1 min it will rebooth it

just remove battery to turn it off
then
use button turn it off.

Give this a try, seems to work for me and others most the time.


Try this for me to see if this works: Let me know. It needs to be rebooted. Turn off, by holding off button down. Then once it is completely off, then turn it on, BUT when you go to turn it on, keep on button depressed, all the way until it turns on and then some for about 15 seconds, now you just rebooted system.
