Kenmore 80 series dryer keeps tripping breaker after it runs for 5-10 minutes

First, see if you get the same result when you run the machine on "Air-Fluff." If you don't pop the breaker on Air -Fluff you know the problem is originating in the heat circuit, get inside the machine and inspect the wiring for crispy/burned terminals and the heat element for damage or contact with the housing... If it does pop the breaker on Air-Fluff: Inspect the terminal block on the back of the unit where the power cord is bolted on (with the unit unplugged), look for any scorched spots- if that is clear, remove the outlet cover and inspect the wire connections on it for scorching (with the circuit break off). Can't be more specific without a model #!

When I plug in my pressure cooker in any working outlet the pressure cooker does not light up or turn on.

When the house breaker pops, that usually indicates a shorted heat element. The electronics inside may have a protection fuse on the board that blew too. Look at your warranty card for instructions on returning it for repair if the warranty is still in force.

Only large flame comes out and fan does not start

Since this is a propane unit, do not turn it back on again without the fan working. First check to see if the unit has a pop out style breaker, reset it if popped. Check to see if you did not trip a breaker at the breaker box.

I turn on my dryer and it runs for about five minutes and the circuit breaker pops. Can anyone help! thanks! The dryer is a roper and it seems to get too hot before the circuit breaker goes. I have let it...

That is a common problem with many roper machines new and old. It is a problem with the circuit/system board in most cases. The boards usually have to be changed or repaired which is fairly expensive and not usually worth replacing unless it is a newer dryer.
