Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
I am getting a new Arcade Xbox 360 and will be attaching my old 20 Gig harddrive to the new console.
Will this run smoothly or will I have issues getting the box to play all my games with my profile?
The harddrive is from a console that is just over 2 years old.
You will not have any problems using the Hard drive on your new console. The only catch is any Live Arcade downloads will not work offline until you do the DRM transfer. Even though you are using the same Hard Drive the DRM is married to the original console. They have made it easy to transfer now. All you need is to be logged into XBOX Live and a computer that is on the internet. Just turn on your console, log it into XBOX Live, and use the computer to go to www.xbox.com/drm That will solve all of your problems.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
