HP DESKJET F380 ALL IN ONE PRINTING IN RED

I want to know why my Hp deskjet f380 all in one will suddenly print in red what is the problem is it from the cartridge please let me know as soon as possilbe

I am attaching 2 documents, please try the steps in the document, i think either the tri color cartridge is out of ink or it might be an issue with the tri color cartridge

I had this problem. My HP F380 also stopped accepting professionally filled cartridges too. The only solution was to start buying HP cartridges. Thankfully these are much cheaper on eBay than buying at the RRP in shops or elsewhere online.
