Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Our machine was set up in a shop with a remote counter devise for us to charge customers for usage. The cable connecting the counter to the machine was damaged resulting in a short to the board it was connected to. Is it possible to get a replacement board - or whatever - to get the ep 2030 working again?
You will most likely have to by a new key counter or copy controler. Try to find a used one on e-bay. If you just want the copier to work again. In the cut wires with Minolta two of the wires need to be jumed to close the circuit, so the counter will not lock the copier up. You will have to guess, I don't know what color wires were used? Jump two and see if the copier gets released.
