Question about Canon PIXMA iP1600 Printer
I have a asus laptop running on vista which i bought in australia a couple of months ago. i visited the philippines and got a canon ip1980 printer. installed the drivers correctly yet printer not printing. i downloaded the drivers of the website and installed them yet its still not printing not even a test page. is there something wrong with the laptop or the printer? is it compatible? help pls
Check if the printer services is enabled. Click start, run, enter services.msc and press enter. Look for Print Spooler. Right click and select properties, In the general tab, select automatic as start up type and start the service. See if it works and let me know.
