Well I called the support line and they just told me to simply reconnect it while I'm on Rhapsody and it should do it and it didn't work. I just got this on this past recent Christmas. So is anyone possibly avliable to help before it expires in 2 days?

Plug the Sanza into your computer and it should be recognized, if not, go to My Computer to find it. Right click to open it. Navigate to the music folder, then just copy files to that folder from your Windows My Music. itunes is similar.
You don't really need and software to download songs for your Sandisk and the Sandisk is not associated with Ipod by Apple computers. It is a Sansa product. Songs are downloaded as Mp3's at any site that has Mp3 format for you Sandisk player with will play any Mp3 song from the internet. I hope this helps. Have a great day!
