Question about Kenwood KDC-MP228 CD Player
I was given a brand new kenwood model KDC-MP238 car stereo as a gift last christmas but i havent used it since because whenever i turned it on the word "PROTECT" was displayed on face monitor and no other keys seems to work. Can you please help me on this. thanks a lot
This is really easy to fix. Look on the face plate for a REALLY small hole. Put the tip of a pen in the hole and it should work. This usually means the stereo isn't wired properly so if the PROTECT keeps coming on after you've re-set it, take it to a dealer. To make sure you're everything is in properly. Hope this helps...
