I think it is on the right side if you are facing the stroller, underneath there is a small button you push and the bad will swivel. I think the button is black so you might have to look closely.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Control arm

Control arms are the parts that hold the ball joints (upper and lower) and attach to the vehicle frame. Look in back of the tires. The lower control arm, in your case, will have a torsion bar (a bar that serves as a spring)making the repair more labor intensive. Cost will vary based on labor rates, parts cost/mark up. Sorry I can't give you a figure but hope it helps at least to identify the parts.

How to assemble Graco Cleo Pram?

ots actually quite simply so put the pram part on the graco cleo, all you have to do is unzip the stroller back, tuck it inside around the foot board, so when you put the pram part on theres only 1 zip, as before when there was 2 zips it wasn't sitting flush against the foot board you pull out once you unzip the stroller part. if anyone needs help or doesnt understand feel free to contact me at my e-mail address scattyp@hotmail.co.uk for more help *** hope this helps and good luck.

I figured out how to take the clips off to remove the arm bar. You go under where the cips are and pull the clip out thenpush it up.
