The only solution that I can give you is to contact dell for a warrenty replacement if your laptop is still under warrenty. Overheating is not normal and can be dangerous.

Dellscreen to dark

If your laptop appears to boot up and the hard disk LED flashes, then the problem is probably a back light fault. This can be a faulty inverter or a faulty CCFL lamp. Please click on this link and follow my instructions to identify the fault and possible fix :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r3598095-faulty_laptop_lcd_screen

No boot sector on internal hardware

There are several causes for this. First make sure the Bios recognizes the Hard Drive as the Primary Hard Drive. Second, double check to be sure the drive is properly seated and connected . If these are both done and set properly your drive has either been erased or lost it's master boot record due to a Virus or Error. You can try using the Windows recovery system to recover the boot sector but I would simply use system recovery and format the drive and reload it to factory specification.

I have DELL Laptop Latitude 1110I iwant to reset the BIOS Pssword

To reset the BIOS password read the information from this link.

In case of your laptop the easiest method would be using software from Hiren's Boot CD as it's pretty hard to open it up and reach for the CMOS battery or the jumper and I wouldn't recommend doing it especially if it's under warranty.

My Dell Latitude D610 is overheating and freezing and some times when it is booting the fan takes time before it starts rotating

This issue may due to over heating and can be fixed by replacing FAN and heat transfer solution.

Better you need to contact hardware support person to do this task.

Thanks,
Satheesh
