You can't really do that. The two 110 outlets probably come for the same 'leg' of the 240. If you check them with a meter, there will be '0' volts between the two hot wires. So, they have the same 'potential'. You need a regular 240 volt circuit from a double pole breaker that is rated for the wire size that it's feeding. 20 amp-#12 ; 30 amp- #10 etc.
it sounds like your fan connector is on the same side of the contactor where your high voltage enters you should have 3 wires 1 wire for each pole of the contactor and 1 wire off the capacitor does the compressor run all the time too? try turning the power switch off on your indoor air handler / gas furnace if the power goes off the fan goes off then it could be low voltage wiring
If there is no 220 outlet in the location where you're planning to put the stove then you need to run wiring to the new location. There are two seperate phases of 110 volts coming to your home. The voltage between each of these phases and the neutral wire is 110 volts. When your house was wired only 1 of the 110 volt signals was run to your 110 volt outlets. In order to create a 220 volt outlet you need both of the 110 volt signals run to the outlet.
If you have a straight shot between your breaker box and the location where you need the 220 volt outlet then this is not too big a deal. If you have finished ceilings and walls inbetween then this will be much more difficult.
