Recovery stuck

This is a hard one. The only advise I can give you, is once I was able to force shutdown by holding home and power together until phone powers down then power it back up only with the power button. Connect it back to the computer, and it may only recognize the phone as a new iPhone. Initialize it this way, then restore from your backup. It's the long way, but it's worked for me in the past. Good luck!

Iphone keeps telling me my SIM card is not recognised. I take it out and then put it back in. It gets recognised initially, but sooner or later (1 min - 1 hour) it will go back to not being recognised....

Try This:
1. Remove Sim Card
2. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until Apple logo appears
3. Replace Sim Card
4. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until normal phone screen appears.

Also, Try this:
1.) Shut down the iPhone 3G.
2.) Start up iTunes
3.) Hold down HOME button on the iPhone 3G
4.) While keeping the HOME button depressed, plug in the Sync cable
5.) A message will pop up to ask if you want to reset.
6.) Just click YES and the reset process should start.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response

Thanks, Joe

Iphone does not recognize any blue tooth

If you mean that your iPhone won't recognise any bluetooth even with a bluetooth headset then there is definetly something wrong with the iphone that apple will have to deal with. If you mean that it will not recognise any other devices like printers, other mobile phones other than those from the apple brand, computers, the iphone bluetooth was never meant to work with other mobiles or to transfer files between other devices. It is a pain but there is no way of getting around this.

You can restore your iPhone if you don't know the passcode this can be done by :

  1. While your iPhone is turned on connect it to iTunes via USB cable
  2. Once iTunes has recognised the iPhone turn your iPhone off and DO NOT disconnect it.
  3. Turn your iPhone on while pressing the home key
  4. When the Apple Logo appears let go of the power key but keep pressing the home key until the screen goes blank
  5. This will put your iPhone in recovery mode and your PC will recognise it as "iPhone DFU mode"
  6. Once this happens go back to iTunes and you will have the option of restoring your iPhone.

MY COMPUTER DOES NOT RECOGNISE MY i PHONE HOW

With the information provided, I can't make many assumptions about what it may be. So here is some possible help.
1. The iPhone can only be accesssed fully through iTunes, so you can't just go into the "Removable Disk Drive...." and expect it to work, because the files are programmed to be hidden.
2. To download contacts, they must be uploaded to iTunes, and when you plug in the iPhone to sync, it will automatically recieve them. ______________________________________________________________________________________
If your computer doesn't recognise your iPhone through iTunes, it means you have an deactivated/defective USB jack.
