Here you go, from Belkin's website

Reset the router to factory default Resolution With the router powered on, use a small thin object to press and hold the reset button for exactly seven seconds. The router lights will flash and this will restore the router to factory default. Connect your computer to one of the routers lan ports with an etherent cable. Open your web browser and navigate to 192.168.2.1. This should show the router status page with the default settings. SummaryThis article describes how to reset the router to factory default More InfoThis article assumes you cannot access the routers web interface.

Reset is the last option to avoid forget password problem. Push reset button 10-15 sec for reset that it not good enough to return your router to factory setting. So old the reset button this time at least 30-40 second. And try now for a new setting.

You will need to do a hard reset by depressing the recessed button in the back of the router.

However, doing so resets the router totally, and you will need to restore all your previous settings.

SOURCE: belkin wireless router reset password problems

You have to connect(wired) through one of the ports on the back of belkin to a laptop(or PC) physically. And this laptop(orPC) should have the software that came in the CD as part of the router packaging.
Then you open the web browser and and type http://192.168.1.1 on the address bar. This should let you access the router from where you can configure your settings..Network name, password, password for the router itself etc.

SOURCE: forgot password to login

the only way to bypass it is to reset all your settings:
1. find the reset button (it's a small hole the size of a sharp pencil)
2. press on the rest button for at least 10 sec.
3. login with the factory default login.

SOURCE: Forgot my security password (network key)I need to

Logon to your router from your computer using your browser and going to http://192.168.1.2/. If it wants a username, the default username is blank and the default password is either blank or "password".

The Belkin management tool will come up. From there, go into your security and look to see if your passphrase is visible. If it is, you're good to go. If not, you can change it on that page save it and close out.
Don't forget to change the passphrase on any wireless devices you are using connected to the Belkin wireless router.

Forgot my Belkin password

If you forgot your wireless password you can take a pin-sized object and hold down the button located in a small hole that is likely labeled "reset" for a few seconds to reset the router to its factory defaults. This will reset your password, but in some cases will require you to call your cable company to re-instate internet access. Hope this helps.

Forgot password

Default is blank, or no password. If you've added a password and forgot, you need to reset router.

Back of router is small pinhole reset button-
"Restoring the Factory Defaults
Press and hold the Reset button for at least ten seconds then release it. The lights on the Router will momentarily flash. The Power/Ready light will begin to blink. When the Power/Ready light becomes solid again, the restore is complete."
