Question about Kodak Easyshare C195 14 Mega Pixels Digital Video Camera
Lens doesn't retract when off and doesn't move when zoom feature is used.
Try removing the battery and memory card for at least 15 minutes. With some cameras, this will reset the camera and lens may clear the error message, as long as there is something that is not physically damaged the camera.
