Three year old Maytag legacy washer water runs into the tub but it never fills no mater what setting you choose. The pump must be stuck on. What can I try to do to fix the problem or what part is the most likely to be the cause of the problem? Thnaks
If it wont fill properly it sound to me me like a preasure switch. Take the control panel off and look at the load size selector switch (preasure switch). This has a hose connecting it to the wash tub. Follow that hose back to see if it may have some kind of blockage in the line. If not you may need to replace the switch.

your water is draining as fast as its going in because, could be two reasons.1 your drain hose is too low so as fast as it fills ,gravity causes it to drain. 2 if you drain hose is sealed into the drain pipe it will siphon out on it s own.it must have an air break,
