Question about Computers & Internet
I have a Dell desktop computer, one day my dvd drive stopped working. My computer doesn't even recongize it and in Device MGR, I get a msg. saying, ''Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39). My OS is vista.
I tried another drive, same result. I hope someone can help.
My dvd drive is a: TSST corp DVD+- RWTS-H653A
At first check the power cable. check other dvd rom in your computer.
