Go to this site http://www.crock-pot.com/CustomerService.aspx?id=rpt and put in your model number (located on the bottom of the unit) and you can order the liner and other parts for your crock pot. The cost is $15.00 plus shipping and applicable tax.
I have a stoneware round, forest green liner for a Rival crockpot. I think it's for a 6 quart because I only buy the larger crockpots for my cooking needs. If you would like this, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can exchange addresses.
Lydia, there are notches on the side of the metal liner. Line 1 is for one scoop of rice filled with water to the line marked 1. The scooper that comes with it holds 2/3 cup of rice. There are smaller notches above and below each numbered notch. That's to make rice looser or stickier, depending on your preference.
Hope that helps.
I have a round, forest green stoneware liner for a Rival crock pot. The liner has no divider. The liner has no chips or cracks. Sorry but I cannot remember to which model number this stoneware liner fit; but I can tell you that the Rival crock pot I had was either a 5 to 6 quart and it fit a plastic lid.
